Makazi Nomabali is the storytelling alias of award-winning South African poet, playwright, and producer, Siphokazi Jonas. As Makazi Nomabali, “The Aunt Who Tells Stories,” she reads and narrates stories in both English and isiXhosa for children, aiming to foster imagination through live and digital storytelling sessions.  Makazi Nomabali is open to collaborating with children’s book authors and publishers, schools, and libraries for story time sessions and festivals.
